At FCM Forney Community Ministries, we strive to build community in Forney by assisting local non-profits and area ministries to collaborate effectively, minimizing redundant efforts.

Our story started in 2018 with a small group of Forney people wanting to make a difference by working together.

We grew out of a need: to transfer the Forney ISD “Clothes Closet” to a local entity that could provide space and run the ministry by volunteers. The School Uniform Exchange was founded in 2018 and serves hundreds of Forney students every year. It is now housed at First Presbyterian Church of Forney.

FCM seeks to enable volunteers, donors and ministries to connect to each other, and to coordinate their efforts to build meaningful and impactful relationships with those who need our help, to the benefit of everyone involved.
